In time, that search brought me to a relationship that needed my presence every day: my relationship with myself.

I began listening to how I needed to live, what awakened me, what exhausted me, and what allowed my body to feel safe. From that journey came La Reina · El Camino Femenino, my book of self-exploration for women.

The body sustains the kingdom

My imagination always found ways to fly. Learning to stay, to feel my weight, and to recognize my needs was another kind of learning. Nature helped me understand it. Standing before the trees of El Triunfo Reserve in Chiapas, I recognized the relationship between roots that support and branches that reach toward the sky.

La Reina begins with Earth because our lives happen in a body. Rest, nourishment, movement and feeling deserve a place in the decisions we make. Listening to tiredness is also part of caring for what we love.

Learning to receive

I have accompanied women who know how to give generously. I too have had to learn to receive: help, attention, a caress, time for myself. Receiving asks me to know myself and express what I want. To be able to say: here, this way, this is what I need.

Sensitivity is central to this journey. It helps me recognize how I experience an encounter and choose how I want to participate. My body is my territory; my decisions about it belong to me.

Seven portals, twenty-one days

The book offers seven portals, with three days of exploration in each. You can move at your own pace and return to anything that needs more room.

Earth · My body. Being present in my body, knowing its geography and letting it be supported.

Water · My sensitivity. Recognizing what draws me and exploring the openness to receive.

Fire · My vital force. Discovering what lights me up and how to care for that energy.

Heart · My capacity to love. Listening to the movement between giving, receiving and loving myself.

Air · My frequency. Exploring my thoughts and the way I express myself.

Light · My wisdom. Questioning where my certainties come from and recognizing my own judgment.

Consciousness · Grace. Integrating the journey and giving it a place in my life.

This map brings together my experience with art, the body, Nature and spirituality. Each portal’s questions enter daily life: how I rest, how I ask, how I love, and what I choose to sustain.

Your Queen’s Journal

The journey has a companion: a journal of your own. You can write, draw and keep what you discover there. I want it to carry your imprint, your words, and the questions that changed as you lived them.

The coronation comes at the end of the path. Its meaning lives in a woman who learns to inhabit her life with greater presence and recognize how she wants to share it.

To begin, bring your attention to the body reading these words. Recognize a need you have been putting off and give it a concrete place today. That gesture can be your first way of coming home.

Explore the available Spanish and English products in my Payhip store · Visit the La Reina book page

You can also explore El Artista and self-knowledge through photography.

María del Sol Tamargo Hernández
The Erotic Godmother

Leer en español · English By María del Sol Tamargo Hernández For many years, I looked to romance for a place where I could feel seen and loved.
