I learned to observe light, wait for a gesture, and recognize the moment when something I imagined took shape before the camera. Later, I had to learn to look inside myself with that same attention.

My search led me to the body, to my teachers, and to Nature. From that journey came The Creator’s Path, the seven-portal method through which I share my investigation of human experience and the process of creating.

The map I needed to find myself

For years, I wanted to understand the relationship between what I lived, what I felt, and what I kept searching for. Body-centered therapy, eurythmy, art and my spiritual practice offered different ways of listening.

With Amparo, I encountered deep work with patterns and beliefs. With Nina Wallace, I entered eurythmy and the experience of bringing rhythm and movement into the body. The teachings of Barbara Ann Brennan and Anodea Judith contributed other languages to my exploration.

I brought what I was learning together with what life showed me. Nature was always there: in the roots supporting a tree, the water finding its course, and the light that makes seeing possible.

Seven portals for observing your experience

The Creator’s Path offers a forty-nine-day journey, with one week devoted to each portal. Each opens a territory of observation you can bring into daily life.

Earth. The body, rest, belonging, and the conditions that sustain life.

Water. Sensitivity, trust and the capacity to receive.

Fire. Will, the direction of energy, and the boundaries that care for what we create.

Heart. The meeting of giving and receiving, with room for pause and integration.

Air. Expression, questions and the way we give voice to experience.

Light. Vision, imagination and discernment.

Consciousness. Observing our choices and our relationship with purpose.

Energy centers belong to the spiritual language of this map. The body can also be observed through its biological organization. In my work, these languages participate within their own domains: spiritual experience and attention to bodily experience.

From a vision to a life that can sustain it

An idea may arrive as an inner image. To exist, it needs words, decisions, resources and work. It also needs a body capable of sustaining the process and relationships in which the creation can find a place.

In the method, I observe this movement as a descent from vision into matter. Another movement follows: receiving what happened, recognizing its consequences, and turning experience into understanding. What we learn participates in our next choice.

The Heart is at the center of this meeting. In eurythmy, I learned to feel the rhythm of expansion, pause, contraction and pause. Giving myself time to integrate experience changed my relationship with the impulse to keep moving.

For those who lead, too

Anyone leading a team or project makes decisions that reach other people. Listening to the body, recognizing fatigue, and distinguishing a reaction from a considered decision deserve a place within that responsibility.

The Creator’s Path brings my spiritual search into those concrete places: a conversation, a schedule, a request for help, a choice about how to use energy. We cultivate perception while living and reviewing what we do with what we understand.

The path and its different forms

The method has its own course journey. Its adaptation as a digital reading book is under editorial review. This article shares its origins and map; the reading edition will have its own introduction when it is ready.

Within my work, El Artista explores self-knowledge through photography, and La Reina accompanies the feminine path. The Creator’s Path brings together the seven-portal journey through which I continue to investigate how we shape our existence.

To begin, return to an important creation in your life. Remember what inspired it, what you needed to sustain it, and what you learned when it began to exist among other people. There is an experience there that can still guide you.

Explore The Creator’s Path · English Edition on Payhip · Explore The Creator’s Path in Spanish

María del Sol Tamargo Hernández
The Godmother

Leer en español · English By María del Sol Tamargo Hernández Photography was my first school of perception.
